Location: Elviria is a popular residential community, about 8 km east of Marbella and 25 minutes from Málaga International Airport. Some of the best international schools are located near Elviria such as the English International College, the German School and Colegio Ecos. The area has numerous restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment programs.

Conveniently located is the golf course of Santa Maria. Marbella Golf Country Club, Santa Clara and Golf Rio Real are only a few minutes away by car. Elviria offers beautiful sandy beaches with charming beach restaurants. The famous Nikki Beach is located right next to the 5 star luxury Hotel Don Carlos.
