In the immediate vicinity are the beaches of Jávea and Dénia, away from tourists and noisy crowds. The town is surrounded by orange groves and vineyards. An excursion inland to the “Jalón Valley” or the “Orba Valley” is highly recommended.
Alicante airport is to the south and Valencia airport to the north; both are only about an hour’s drive away. The infrastructure is very good, with shopping, doctors, pharmacies, nurseries and schools all within easy reach.
