The Finca is built on a plot of around 15000 m². There are hundreds of almond trees and several beautiful olive trees. On the lowest terrace there’s a vegetable garden to provide 100% organic home grown vegetables. The house has a driveway of around 60 metres with an electric gate and ample parking spaces. There are several terraces to choose from depending on whether you are looking for sun or shade.

The pool is 8 × 4 m and is surrounded by huge terraces which are big enough to enjoy whatever you may wish to do; relax, play, sun bathe all whilst enjoying the wonderful views. The pool is presently kept clean with chlorine but it has been prepared to work with a salt installation.
Location: Benissa is 73 kilometres from the city of Alicante, in the “highlands of Pedramala”. It’s a nice place by the sea, surrounded by mountains and nestled between the cliffs and hills from which the area derives a large portion of its sizeable wealth.

Benissa, part of the “Bernia Mountains”, is not only a paradise for hikers with its large green areas, but also has many square kilometres of cultivated and arable land that stretch towards the sea. Benissa’s historic centre is an open-air museum. The narrow and somewhat steep streets preserve the special atmosphere of this place. To see the streets and squares and the white houses with their stucco stones at the windows and doors is to experience history on location.
The 4-kilometre-long Benissa coast consists mainly of rocky beaches in attractive bays and inaccessible cliffs. The peculiarities of the coast, with its clear and shallow water, makes it an ideal place for snorkelling. This way you can discover and enjoy the beauty of the seabed and its extensive “Posidonia beds”.

Watersports are a top attraction on the Benissa coast, with an active sail, surf and dive school in the port of “Las Bassetes” at the border to Calpe, which in the summer has a wide range of cruises, educational trips and paddle tours. Golf, horse riding and tennis, as well as numerous hiking activities, make Benissa a destination with a large variety of sporting options.
